New Single

I'm revisiting new singles today. Well, a new single. Actually, I'm not completely sure how new it actually is; it was sometime in 2010, which means "Do Wah Doo" could be four months old by now! Anyway, it's Kate Nash's newest single.

Mariella

Okay, so I've never heard the name "Mariella" outside of this song, but it implies that it's a girl's name. A specific girl's name. Mariella's name. Anyway...
It's one of my favourite Kate Nash songs. I mean, with only one album, I'm not given much selsction, but from that album.... Yeah, definitely one of my favourites. I think my second-favourite, to be maybe specific.

I know I just featured her, but I don't think it was a song that was just her? Was it? Anyway, Regina Spektor is, by the way, equally as adorable as Kate Nash.

Teehee! It's funny, 'cause she says she doesn't, but you know she does. By "she" I mean, of course, Kate Nash. I realized she's been featured twice already, but both times it was Live Lounge covers, so I figured I'd feature her. So, I am. The song is called "We Get On."

The Saga Continues...

Today, we're going to go with a little Kate Nash. But which one? She has two, and they're both so awesome. Hmmm....



Let's go with the first one I heard: "Seven Nation Army" by The White Stripes. Keeping in mind, of course, that the only instrument, in classic Kate Nash style, is the piano.
