Like Me, Sometimes

Sometimes I'm a bit of a "Creeper." Alas, I don't think Islands have written any songs about me. Sad panda.

Millions of Sunsets, but the One I'll Remember...

...Is the one where you told me you'd love me forever!
I've recently been listening to a lot of Islands. As a result, I've discovered that there's this one song of theirs that I've known for some time now -- it must be about a year by now -- that I actually really love. It's one of their first songs that I knew, but I've only just realized it's awesomeness. It's called "Jogging Gorgeous Summer."

Scoop Out My Brain

I'm about to share with you a band who I only know one other person who knows them. I don't think that sentence actually was proper, but oh well.

Ernyway, she told me about this band called Islands. I looked them up on YouTube, and the first of their videos I found -- the actual official video -- started with a newscast. Done by twelve-year-olds. Dressed as dogs.

At first, I was a little weirded out, but then the song started. It was so good, I almost died! It was called "Rough Gem."



Never will I forget that moment.
